Narra la historia de Valentín, mujeriego, soltero y egoísta que sorpresivamente tiene que hacerse cargo de su pequeña hija a la que no conocía, producto de una aventura ocasional.
Decidido a devolver a la niña con su madre, emprende un viaje con ella a Los Angeles, pero la experiencia de convivir con su hija lo transforma en lo más íntimo.
